All transactions for MoneyGram Financial Services are CASH ONLY. Credit and debit card payments are not accepted.
You can use your valid passport, US driver’s license, military card, matricula consular ID, green card, state ID, or border crossing card.
The voucher is valid for 30 minutes. If this time expires, details will need to be reentered.
Any associated fees will be indicated at the kiosk.
Bill payments are limited to $2,000 per transaction, transfers vary depending on location, and money transfer receivables (including check cashing) are $300.
The kiosk will only recognize printed checks.
No problem – simply create a new voucher.
Refunds are available for Money Transfer Send transactions if the funds have not been collected. You can do this at a kiosk through the Help area, or call MoneyGram’s toll free number.
